Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended to guarantee your preferred time and service. Walk-ins are also welcome, subject to therapist availability.
How do I book a massage?
You can book online, call us, or email us. Online booking is the fastest and most convenient way to reserve your preferred appointment time.
How early should I arrive?
You may arrive at your scheduled appointment time. There is no need to arrive early.
What should I do if I'm running late or cannot attend?
Please call us as soon as possible if you are running late or unable to make your appointment.
Choosing Your Massage
What if I am unsure which massage to choose?
If you are unsure, we recommend booking a Combination
Massage. When you arrive, tell your therapist what your body needs, and the massage can be adjusted accordingly.
Can I choose or adjust the massage pressure?
Yes. Tell your therapist whether you prefer light, medium, firm, or deep pressure. You may also request a pressure adjustment at any time during your session.
Do couples have to choose the same type of massage?
No. Each person may choose a different massage style and pressure based on their individual preferences.
Can you accommodate couples and groups?
Yes. We have three couples rooms, four private single rooms, and a group massage room that can accommodate up to four people together.
What massage add-ons are available?
You may enhance your massage with Hot Stone for an additional $20 or a Body Scrub for an additional $40. Please request your preferred add-on when booking or before your massage begins.
Preparing for Your Massage
Can I eat or drink before my massage?
We recommend avoiding a heavy meal and alcoholic drinks for at least one hour before your massage. This will help you feel more comfortable during your session.
Can I receive a massage if I am pregnant or have a medical condition?
Please let us know in advance if you are pregnant or have a medical condition, injury, or health concern. This allows your therapist to make appropriate adjustments for your comfort and safety.
Will I be properly covered during my massage?
Yes. Your comfort and privacy are important to us. Clean sheets are provided to keep you properly covered throughout your massage.
Payment & Gift Certificates
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and all major credit cards.
Is gratuity included in the massage price?
No. Gratuity is not included in the listed massage price.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes. Gift certificates are available as physical copies at our location or can be purchased online.

Where is Tiffany's Thai Massage located?
We are located inside Century Square at 1188 Bishop Street, Suite 2808, in downtown Honolulu.
What are your business hours?
We are open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Is validated parking available?
Yes. Validated parking is available at Century Square. Your parking validation includes an additional 30 minutes beyond the length of your massage session.
